Tastefully decorated with quality furnishing and segmented with glass panels that take advantage of the panoramic views of the canal. Bedding configuration consists of 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds and 2 Bunk beds makes it comfortable sleeping for 10 people. Cook in a Master Chef's kitchen or use the large outdoor BBQ to entertain family and friends with dinning indoors/outdoors. Sit back, relax and enjoy the views or soak in the sun or get a cinematic feel or play some pool or catch crabs off the jetty or adventure through the canals with the kayaks provided. This 3 bedroom one bathroom renovated house is located 10 min walk from the Mandurah foreshore and is central to cafes, shopes,walkways and local entertainment. Loads of parking for boats or caravans. Come home for a good night sleep with quality beds with high thread count sheets. Great for people with food intolerances or allergies as tiles throughout, and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare those special meals. Small house trained dogs may be allowed on request.

Couples, solo adventurers, and families, positioned between the beach and the estuary this house is the perfect location for swimming, surfing, fishing, crabbing and relaxing. Just a 5 minute walk to the estuary or a 10 minute walk to the beach. Equipment for all the activities are available. Visitors can meet Peter and Liz next door if they wish and learn about the best restaurants, walking trails and fishing spots as there is no dividing fence.
