Enjoy a unique experience at this centrally-located home. Completely updated throughout including furniture, bedding, towels and kitchenware. Quiet neighborhood just minutes to downtown La Crosse and the movie theatre. Upon entering you are greeted with an open floorplan. All bedrooms are located on one level. The main bedroom sleeps 2. Unique, centrally-located and freshly updated upstairs apartment in duplex. We’ve done our best to freshen this private second floor unit in our old ugly home. Amish made kitchen cabinets, island and furniture. New appliances and fixtures. View granddad’s bluff out the bedroom window! Close to UWL, Viterbo, Mayo Clinic, and downtown (8 block walk to 3rd street). We currently live in the downstairs apartment with our dogs.

A great central location for all Lake Pepin area activities!
