Open picture windows and French doors allow sunlight and fresh scent of pines and the sea into the whole villa. The apartment therefore has a feel that indoors and outdoors merge and you will be close to nature. The porch offeres stunning seaview and open part of the terrace amazing starry sky view.

Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz.
