The house terrace includes an outdoor summer kitchen. The balcony overlooks the center of Hvar and the Hvar fortress. The nearest beach is only 300m away from the accommodation. This beautiful holiday home is located on the south side of the island of Vis, in the village of Marinje Zemlje, 8 km from the town of Vis and 12 km from the town of Komiža, above the beach Stiniva. In the surrounding area there are also beaches Mala Travna, Smrićevica, Srebrena. The house is in a row of three, with a private entrance and a fenced terrace. Parking is private and free, as is wi-fi. The house has an outdoor heated pool and a spacious court with a secluded sunbathing area.

Our cozy apartment is located close to the center of Komiža old town. Free private parking is available right next to the house. It is in quiet neighborhood and has a separate entrance from the main road. It takes a short walk down to the waterfront. Waterfront is beautiful place where you can enjoy delicious food in restaurants, have a cold drink on a hot day or simply enjoy the view of a charming fisherman’s town. Honestly, Komiža is a small place.. all within a ten minute walk.

This lovely 60 m2 apartment has 3 floors, 2 rooms, 2 bads (200x160), sofa , 1 bathroom with washing machine and kitchen with dishwasher. Apartman Knezovic

A mixture of vintage and modern comfort, the apartment (Holiday House) in the heart of Old Town, located next to the sea and away from the town beach 10 min walk. In 2018, on the second floor we arranged a small night-time toilet for greater comfort. For the summer of 2019, we offer our guests an air conditioner in all the rooms in the house. From 2021, we offer our guests private, free of charge on street parking for one car some 200m from house.
