My house is in a quiet neighborhood by a creek of the Lynnhaven River 7 miles from the Oceanfront/Chesapeake Bay with easy access to the interstate and surrounding cities in Hampton Roads. Only minutes from Town Center and local malls. Your private area is the 1st level with your own private entrance, but no kitchen. There is small microwave and a coffee machine in the unit , & a small fridge on the screened-in-porch.

Enjoy Nov. thru Feb. at Va. Bch--average day temp. in 60s and 50s. Just steps or bike through a nice area to the beach, restaurants, culture, The Dome, Convention Ctr & other activities. Restored with modern amenities, the Carriage House features a king bedroom and two queen bedrooms, each with its own private, full bathroom. The Manor has hosted some of Virginia Beach’s most VIP guests, including President Obama, and is also listed on the city's Historic Register.
