We include at no extra charge, everything needed for a vacation at the beach! All linens, Beach towels, beach cart, chairs, tent and cooler. Just bring your swim suit and flip flops! I provide you with 2 beach cruiser bikes at no extra charge. Resort amenities are available for your use.

Grandma's Gift is a cozy cottage with partial water views that sits on the beautiful Bay Back National Wildlife Refuge. You can watch the natural beauty of the Back Bay or take a short two block walk to Sandbridge Beach! Welcome to The Mermaid’s Lair, a serene lakefront studio on Crystal Lake with floor-to-ceiling windows, stunning water views, and a private patio. Enjoy a custom rainhead shower, fire pit, dock access for fishing or kayaking, and a cozy sitting area with a full-size bed. The space includes a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Perfect for peaceful getaways, this retreat offers comfort, beauty, and natural charm.

The Beach Nest. Walk to oceanfront.

The Beach Nest is a pristinely clean cottage located just a half-mile walk from the oceanfront and boardwalk. The cottage is well-outfitted with beach chairs, beach cruisers, beach towels, a beach cart, and a sand umbrella. A quaint retreat ideal for two. The Beach Nest is NOT a party house. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED as we often host guests with allergies.
