It is within walking distance to Bryn Mawr Hospital, the regional rail line, the high speed line, and minutes away from Villanova University, Bryn Mawr College, and Haverford College. The apartment is uniquely situated above a co-working space (discounted packages are offered to all guests) with free on-site parking, separate entrance with keyless entry, and private deck.

We designed the space to be clean, calm, and serene. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, a short walk from the town of Gladwyne, and many trails and parks nearby. (Ask us for our favorites if you’re an outdoor enthusiast!) Olga and Dima live on the first floor of the house and can try to accommodate any needs you may have!

Welcome to the Vintage Suite at Park House! The cozy, vintage themed suite features a private entrance and balcony overlooking over two acres of the park-like property. Pet friendly! Dedicated parking that can be seen from the suite. Early check ins: The availability of the Suite prior to the 3PM check in time is unlikely due to the popularity of the Suite. The pool and hot tub are closed for the season. They will be available again in May. Please, no parties or smoking inside!

The first half of the house was built in 1790 with an addition added in 1830. This house was the childhood home of George McFarland, pump maker. He was the town plumber and made wooden pumps in a shop in the rear.
