Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

La Dimora è dotata di WI-FI, aria condizionata. Bellissimo panorama. Parcheggio nella proprietà lungo il vialetto ed esterno.

La Tiny House offre tutto l'essenziale in una mini casa con ingresso indipendente. Una camera da letto che può ospitare fino a 3 persone suddivise in un letto matrimoniale ed una piccola poltrona letto singola, una cucina completa, un bagno con doccia, un tavolo interno ed uno esterno per godere delle belle giornate. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata, una televisione a LED, un frigorifero, un piccolo forno e tutto l'occorrente per trascorrere in serenità il vostro soggiorno!

La casa ha climatizzatori in ogni stanza. Casa Green. Si accede a piedi tramite viottolo del paese dai 3 parcheggi gratuiti che distano a circa 1 , 2 minuti a piedi.

La Tana

La Tana, a beautiful residence in the heart of Lunigiana. With its one hundred years of history, located on a small hill that offers a wonderful view of the Apuan Alps, it was used as a strategic lookout point during the Second World War by many soldiers. The house is located just 6 km from the Aulla station. By car you can reach the beaches of the Cinque Terre, Lerici, Portovenere, Forte dei Marmi in just 30 minutes, and also the ski resorts of Cerreto.
