L' appartamento è adatto a coppie e famiglie (con bambini), è molto tranquillo e situato al di fuori delle principali rotte turistiche, pur essendo accanto all'ingresso della Biennale. Dista, inoltre, 20 min. a pieedi da Piazza S. Marco e pochi minuti da Via Garbaldi, una delle due "Vie" di Venezia, nonchè centro della vita popolare del sestiere di Castello.
