The Sutton - Mountain House

Welcome to the Mountain House at The Sutton. This is one of three boutique style homes on the property. The home is surrounded by the jungle and all of its glorious nature. Rent one for you and that special someone or all three for a group villa experience with the convenience of private accommodations. Each unit has its own covered patio equipped with a kitchenette for those relaxing breakfast in bed mornings. The property shares a rancho perfect for communal meal preparation and dining overlooking the pool, sun deck and tropical garden.

Cabinas Costa Tropicana: Cabina Perezoso

Cabina Perezoso is one of eight cabins in a 2 acre lush garden. It is located just 2 minutes down an easy accessible 2 wheel drive gravel road right in the middle of Uvita. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and many other amenities. Only a 5 to 10 minute drive to the beautiful pacific side beaches. All cabinas have WiFi, hot water and AC. A shared washing machine and dryer are available. There is a nice swimming pool on the property with an Argentinian barbecue for guests to use.

Bambura Cabin 2: builted with bamboo and wood which makes the place warm and cozy. Surrounded by impressive mountains. You can watch little birds, toucans, monkeys and other animals passing by. Balcony, mountain view. Perfect for working remotely or relaxing. Studio-style space with a full bed. Fully equipped. Shared pool (4x3m). 4 cabins in the property. Internet Fiber optic. We recommend SUV or 4x4 car. We are in the mountain of Playa Hermosa, near Uvita and the Marino Ballena National Park.

Bienvenidos a Casa Oma! The 2nd of 2 small homes built on our spacious, fenced lot at the end of a dead end road in a small, chill neighborhood in beach town Bahia Ballena. A 12-15min walk (or use our bicycles!) to the beach, and the amazing Marino Ballena National Park. Restaurants, cafes, yoga studios & mini supermarkets all within a 5-15min walk or quicker drive/bike ride. Bahia Ballena is a small, but quickly growing area. Known for the humpback whales that come to have their babies!
