We are available for consultation yet respectful of guests' privacy. Bring your Kayak or Canoe or travel.... 20 minutes to Mystic and Mystic Seaport, 3 miles to Mohegan Sun, 7 to Foxwoods, near the Sub Base & Coast Guard Academy,& I-95. Two hours to NYC, 2 hours to Boston. Wildlife viewing from your porch/yard.

Our house is conveniently located near casinos, Mystic, vineyards, Nature's Art Village, Naval Submarine Base, CT College, USCG Academy and several beaches. Located on the Norwich Inn and Spa property, this Villa is a true one bedroom unit with access to two clubhouses (9am-10pm) which include a sauna, gym, hot tub, and saltwater pool access (seasonal). It is also located a few miles away from both Mohegan Sun Casino and Foxwoods Resort and Casino with many amazing restaurants to chose from in the area. If you are a fan of golf, we are located right on the back 9 of the Norwich Golf course! Lake of Isles golf course is also about 15 minutes away.

Bright sun filled second floor apartment in a multi unit building. The apartment has one bathroom , two bedrooms the first with a king size bed and the second has a queen. LIving room, dining room, full kitchen with coffee bar. We are a 15 min walk to downtown shops, restaurants, ferries and train station. The home is minutes from the I-95 and we are a half hour drive of the areas most popular attractions. Note there are stairs and a claw foot tub which may make access difficult for some.
