The Chipmunk Lodge

Chipmunk Lodge is one of 9 suites at The Totem Lodges in Indian River, MI. The Lodge is a studio cabin that includes a kitchenette for basic cooking. A refrigerator, microwave, stove and coffee pot with complementary coffee, creamer and sugar are available. Coffee cups, plates, bowls, glasses, pots & pans and silverware are provided for use. There is a full gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops and a view of the river while cooking. Enjoy your time outside on the deck overlooking the river. In the summer months tubers and kayakers float down the river past the house regularly. Downtown Indian River is just a short distance.

Make memories on Burt lake with the best view! This three bedroom, two bathroom gem has a bonus bunk room over the garage with two additional queen beds (extra cleaning fee applies if used). The south end of the lake is the most sandy and you’ll love the descent down to a deck platform that allows for all day lake enjoyment and a remarkable sunset. Enjoy the private setting with full amenities and nearby to Petoskey, Nubs Nob, Gaylord, Boyne Highland and the Mackinaw Bridge (25-30 mins).

Burt Lake Waterfront Hideaway

Enjoy beautiful lake front northern MI, close to many "Tip of the Mitt" towns, trails, activities while enjoying beautiful Burt Lake, including our sunsets. Our guest house is on the second floor of our detached garage. It is at the end of a quiet road and is located off I-75 (exit 310 and 313), 3 miles from town, but 30-40 minutes from many other towns. Kayaks, small grill, camp fires on windless nights. No pets. Close launches for boat launching. Space to park boat/trailer on land.

The Inland Waterway boat launch is within 1 mile, ORV trails are out your back door and walking/biking trails are within minutes. Public beach is within a 5 minute drive. This home provides great indoor space with all the kitchen amenities you might need. Outside space includes a patio with built in fire pit, a Blackstone and electric grill/smoker. A restaurant/bar is within walking distance. 4 kayaks are available for your use, launch located at end of the road - bring life jackets!

The Elkhorn Log Cabin, located in the scenic town of Wolverine, Michigan, has undergone a meticulous restoration to create an ambiance of warmth and charm. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. A boat dock is available for docking your boat in the canal of the Indian River allowing you to cruise the River and reach Mullett or Burt lakes within minutes. This location is a beautiful, private setting with tons of outdoor living space to enjoy northern Michigan. You will be within walking distance to downtown Indian River where you can enjoy shopping, dining and some night life.
