Tremayne Barn is luxurious and cosy, set in a lovely rural location close to numerous stunning beaches (15-20 min). It's centrally placed for both the north and south coasts for swimming, surfing, outings and walking the coastal path. A30, Padstow and NQ airport are all 10 min away. You’ll love its contemporary but homely atmosphere, the tranquility, the warm welcome, the pretty setting. Great for couples and small families ideal too for mid-season walking holidays and cosy winter breaks.

100 yards from the Towan beach and the vibrant town center, this hi spec apartment is the ultimate base to enjoy all that Newquay has to offer! Boasting 3 stylish bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan living area. The first floor balcony has uninterrupted views of Towan Beach and Newquay Harbour. Also the bonus of a parking space at the rear and a free beach hut Perfect for couples and families, this retreat offers a residential setting whilst still close to the action.

Rural Retreat outside Mawgan Porth

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It's in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking (shared with us), king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog.

Just 100 metres from Watergate Bay’s beach and Atlantic surf, Waves is a bright, spacious coastal apartment with vaulted ceilings and a relaxed beach-loft vibe. With private parking, lift access, and a dog-friendly welcome, you can arrive, park once, and be barefoot on the sand within minutes. Surf, swim, walk the South West Coast Path—or simply slow down and unwind by the sea. As evening falls, stroll to nearby restaurants and bars for dinner and sunset drinks overlooking the bay. ⸻

An 18th Century hidden gem, full of character

The Annex is a hidden gem nestled at the bottom of a private lane, surrounded by fields. Attached to the main family home but with its own entrance, the annex is very large with one bedroom, a kitchen, dining area, lounge, bathroom (located downstairs) and a well room! The house is nearly 300 years old and we’ve kept the decor light and spacious. There is ample room for two people or a small family. We have a large garden with lots of space and would love for you to enjoy it too.

The Blue Bee - a cosy Cornish cottage for two

A beautiful boutique bolthole made for two on the North Cornish coast. The Blue Bee is a cosy Grade II listed cottage with all the charm of a traditionally built Cornish home, freshly renovated and lovingly restored. Located a stone’s throw from the centre of St Columb Major, a small medieval town, the cottage has easy access to both the north and south coasts, making exploring Cornwall very easy. Watergate Bay, Mawgan Porth and Bedruthan Steps are all just a short drive away.

Grove Cottage (sleeps 2 + 2 dogs) is set in a quiet garden in the conservation area of the small historic market town of St Columb Major. Recently restored and refurbished to a high standard - it is compact, cosy and full of character. The cottage has a sunroom, private courtyard, enclosed garden and off-road parking space. St Columb caters for all your daily needs and is ideally located to explore all of Cornwall. The sea and surf are only 7 minutes away!

Contemporary getaway in Wadebridge w/parking

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.

The Hideaway & Spa Terrace at Tregoose Old Mill

Tregoose Old Mill is adults only and is set in the beautiful Cornish countryside minutes from Cornwall's stunning North Coast. Tregoose is a tiny tranquil rural hamlet in a hidden valley that even many locals have never heard of and yet is only 6 miles from Newquay and 12 miles from Padstow making this the perfect base to explore the beautiful county of Cornwall with its many stunning beaches, beautiful harbour towns and peaceful rolling countryside.
