Relax in this quiet, cosy, spacious, freshly renovated 3 bedroom home accommodating up to 6 people handy to the centre of Goulburn. It's fully insulated and air-conditioned so you'll be super comfortable. Features Wifi, Smart TV, Netflix, option of King bed or 2 Long Singles in each room (on request), butler's pantry and verandah sunroom. Easy 2 hr drive from Sydney, 7 hrs from Melbourne, 1 hr to Canberra. Great stopover en route and base for exploring Goulburn, Bungonia NP and Wombeyan Caves.

Enjoy a unique Tiny House that was designed and built on this very farm. "Dovolj | Dobro" is annexed off our 3acre Selah Gardens, which you will have access to. Nestled amongst gum trees overlooking a large dam, it is surrounded by native wildlife and grazing stock. A unique feature of this location is a walking track through our working farm to The Olive View Restaurant, with great food and amazing coffee. In keeping with minimum impact on the environment, it contains a composting toilet.

Self contained converted recording studio

This unique studio has a style all its own. Si-Fonic Studio, a recording studio in the 1990s and early '00s, is now converted to a self contained unit in the garden behind a stately Federation home and has the charm of music from days gone by. The studio is situated in a quiet part of town close to amenities with a short walk to the city centre. There is off street parking and independent access to the accommodation. Continental breakfast is provided for the first day.
