Newly converted in 2021, Highfield Barn is nestled on the edge of a thriving Devonshire village perfectly situated in the middle of all North Devon and Cornwall have to offer. The open plan living space is perfect for cosy evenings on the sofa in front of the log burner, or for cooking up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen. If you don't fancy cooking the pub is less than a 5-minute walk, as is the fantastic village shop. Off-road parking and secure, private garden safe for children and pets.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. The Hide - cosy rural cottage

The Hide is a tranquil getaway, tucked into the corner of Lemons Farm, our 15th Century thatched farmhouse. Originally a piggery, the cob and stone building has been converted into a little cottage with a living area, kitchenette, bathroom and mezzanine sleeping area. Fall asleep under the stars and wake to the sound of birdsong. Lemons Farm is located in Atherington, a lovely village with a church, tennis court and park. Some great pubs are nearby as are the gorgeous North Devon beaches.
