Zona industriale e polo licei a 5 minuti di auto, zona supermercati e stazione dei treni raggiungibili a piedi, accesso diretto alle piste ciclabili, parcheggio coperto privato. Posizione tranquilla e residence di pregio. Loggia pavimentata esclusiva. Appartamento adatto anche a famiglie, con sei posti letto disponibili.

La nostra casa è immersa nella campagna si trova lungo il tragitto dei percorsi podistici permanenti per visitare la zona Pedemontana Vicentina. In pochi km si raggiungono Breganze (terra di vini), Marostica, Thiene, Bassano.

The food needed for breakfast to prepare in the suite is included. 20 mins from Verona, 30 from Lake Garda, 25 from the airport.

A quiet area (and silent even at night), but just a few minutes walk from the city center. Different types of neighborhood shops and supermarkets are within reach, for convenient shopping. Two terraces, to also enjoy the outdoors. This (and more) is Gio's house.

Appartamento con magnifica vista lago al piano rialzato di una villetta, completo di elettrodomestici, stoviglie, utensili, cucina e pentolame, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e prima pulizia. È ad un minuto da una bellissima spiaggia sul lago di Caldonazzo. Comprende accesso privato con possibilità di parcheggio macchina e terrazzo esterno con bbq. La casa è nuova e alcune finiture secondarie verranno via via ultimate.
