Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Carpenter's Cottage, Bossiney

Carpenters Cottage is a peaceful, and comfortable hideaway between Tintagel and Boscastle. The cottage is fully equipped for self catering and is perfect for anyone who loves to be near the sea and is particularly good for walkers. There is off road parking for one car and lovely walks straight from the cottage to the South West Coast Path, Bossiney Cove, St Nectans Glen, Rocky Valley, Trebarwith Strand, Tintagel and Boscastle. There are plenty of places to eat out in the centre of Tintagel.

The nearest beach is located at the bottom of the picturesque Trebarwith Valley with nearby parking, or is only half an hour on foot via country lanes and footpaths. A great base for exploring Tintagel, Boscastle, Port Isaac and Bodmin Moor. Manu Propria has been inspected and approved by Quality In Cornwall, who work in partnership with Visit Cornwall, Cornwall's official Tourist Board.

Dogs are welcome and with beautiful beaches only 20 minutes away and National Trust Roughtor within walking distance, this is the ideal holiday destination.

The decor is stylish, comfortable, a beautiful haven to sit and contemplate the breathtaking surroundings from. But if you can drag yourself away from this little gem it's a great place to explore North Cornwall's diverse delights from.
