Located 23 miles away from New River Gorge National Park and close to many other state parks and outdoor recreational activities. Central to shopping, restaurants, and night life.

If you love Rafting, Kayaking, Hiking, Bike Riding and some peace and quiet this is the place for you as its only about 2 miles or 5 minutes from the Cunard River access of the New River in the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve. HollerRidge has beautiful mountain views that can be seen from the deck. Deer frequently come through the yard and it's 15 minutes away from either Fayetteville or Oak Hill (10 miles away in a country setting. )Helping build memories one at a time.

Off the main road approximately 1/10 of a mile with no traffic in front of the house. Beautiful backyard with a fire pit and grill, also corn hole for outdoor fun. Only 3 miles to ACE Resort. Winterplace ski resort approximately 45 min. 7 person max. & parking for a 2-3 vehicles, cannot accomodate moving vans, trailers or RVs. Home is split like duplex currently but no one is living in the attached apartment. No full kitchen, kitchenette only.

Out in the country but close to everything. 2 miles off of I-77, 1 1/2 miles off of US 19. 20 minutes or less to NRG, Summit Bechtel Reserve & Burning Rock. 3 miles to Prosperity dirt track. Rafting, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing & rapelling are all near by. Skiing and tubing at Winterplace is 25 minutes via I 77 S. Plenty of parking for vehicles & trailers. Pets welcome inside up to 25 lbs. Owners nearby to assist if needed.

Cute 1-BR stone cottage close to NRG

When visiting the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, stay at this quaint stone cottage less than a mile off of Route 19 in downtown Oak Hill, WV. Things to Note: This little cottage has skylights upstairs, so light floods into this space from sunrise to sundown. Also, the mattress is firm. Finally, the hot water is provided via a tankless hot water heater, which has been known to cause water temperature variability.
