The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with mini markets, grocery stores and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes on foot from Acropolis temple, museum and Plaka. Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. You can also walk to Psirri, Petralona and Gazi where you can enjoy a variety of cafes and restaurants. Many art studios and galleries within easy walk as well as Ermou, the most popular shopping street. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free wi-fi access, floor heating, individual air conditioning system, flat screen TV with many satellite channels, 24h hot water. It has one bedroom and a bright new sofa (expandable to a comfortable double bed). It is ideal for couples, friends as well as families with children. Don't hesitate for a late or a very late check-in! If desired I can arrange a comfortable transportation from and to the airport 24h / 7days a week at a very low cost. The 80 sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor,in Psirri (a vibrant and popular neighbourhood) in the centre of Athens, 5mn on foot from Monastiraki Metro station and Thission railway station and 15-20 mn from the Acropolis and other places of interest.It had been a handmade shoes atelier (THOMAS SHOES) until it got refurbished in May 2018. Each space is comfortable and fully equipped. Around, you can find a market, restaurants, tavernas, coffee houses and bars.
