This beachy cottage offers all the charm with plenty of space, in a quiet area with a huge property. This is a family home that we enjoy with friends & family year-round. We would love to share that experience with you! "Serendipity"- Houseboat Getaway

A "Tiny house on the water". Your home-base for exploring Delmarva! Serendipity is a vintage 36ft Holiday Mansion, nestled at Baywater Landing Marina in the stunning salt-water marshes of the Chincoteague Bay. From here, you are 35 minutes from Ocean City, MD, and 45 minutes from Chincoteague Island, VA. Serendipity remains docked, but guests have access to kayaks and paddle boards at no additional charge. Baywater Landing is secluded- some even say "boring"- but we think that's the whole point!

Our guests can't say enough & pictures just don't do it justice! From the luxury linens & complimentary amenities, we have tried to think of everything! Enjoy a quiet get-a-way just for two or relax with the whole family at this beautiful, newly constructed home located 1/4 mile off Route 13 & less than an hour from area beaches. There are two units with separate outside entrances, but they can be rented together if you need more space. This listing is for the upstairs open studio apartment.

The loft has a roomy king sized bed and the downstairs couch pulls out into a comfy queen bed. Recently renovated, it comes fully equipped for your big trip or quiet staycation :)

Centrally located between the beaches of Chincoteague, Va and Ocean City, MD. Beach gear provided as well.

This home is raised 10 feet with concrete pilings to provide stunning waterfront views all around the home.
