You'll love this unique and romantic secluded location, with its own private driveway, covered parking and Woodfired hot tub, amidst a blossoming orchard surrounded by stunning wildlife. Situated just off the A30 and 10 minutes from Exeter Airport. If you would like to travel to our local historic city of Exeter, There are train stations in our local villages of Whimple & Feniton both of which have parking. Approximately 20 minute drive from the picturesque beaches along the Jurassic coast.

Venbridge Hut

Come and enjoy our beautiful, comfortable and well equipped shepherds' hut located in an orchard on our smallholding in the middle of rural Devon. Dartmoor National Park, Castle Drogo, great pubs, cycling and walking are on the doorstep and our proximity to the A30 (approx 1/2 mile) means that it also makes for an easy trip to the vibrant cathedral city of Exeter, the attractive stannary town of Chagford and North & South coast beaches (in under an hour's drive). Ruby Retreat Shepherd’s Hut in Devon

Ruby Retreat is a unique Shepherd's Hut hand built in larch, cedar and ash by local carpenter, Peter Milner. His skilled design and craftsmanship gives Ruby a very special feeling. She is brand new for 2023. She sits in her own secluded position on a working Devon farm. The views over the glorious Devon hills are truly captivating. There is nothing to distract you from gazing at the fields, hills, woodland and distant church spire (well, maybe some sheep and lambs frolicking).

Luxurious huts with woodfired hottub

Hidden in a little valley, Penn Bergeyn comprises of 2 hand crafted luxurious shepherd's huts. 1 is the bedroom, the kitchen and the bathroom are in the other hut connected by a covered walkway. You can unwind in the wood heated hot tub, relax by the firepit or in the hammock. Located in its own field, on a working farm, the huts are fitted with a very comfortable king size bed and underfloor heating throughout. The outdoor kitchen contains a firepit and a gas barbecue.

Lower Netherton - cosy shepherd's hut

Our bespoke and lovingly constructed shepherd's hut is close to Newton Abbot, the beautiful village of Shaldon and the coast. Only 1.7 miles from the railway station. The hut consists of an elevated double bed, sink, fridge with a small freezer compartment and cooking facilities, with separate toilet and shower. You can relax with a book inside, or light the fire pit/ BBQ outside and enjoy some quiet space to yourself whist gazing at the stars.
