Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located modern 2 bedroom Bungalow on the Myall River in the heart of Tea Gardens with River Views. You will be a hop & step from cafes, restaurants, and the local ferry. The beaches are minutes away. This light filled little house on our property has a lovely lounge dining area, a modern kitchen with breakfast bar and a beautiful bathroom. The bungalow is also surrounded by a lovely garden. The Pool House

“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

The GREEN door Swan Bay

Newly renovated upstairs apartment within 2 mins walk of the beautiful Swan Bay in Hawks Nest on the mid north coast of NSW. Wake up to the sounds of the myriads of bird life, take a 10-minute stroll to the Myall River or Local patrolled Bennet's Beach. This is a water wonderland. The twin towns of Tea Gardens and Hawks nest can become busy in holiday times but at the Green Door Swan Bay you would not know it, peaceful and quiet. Walk your SUP or kayak 120 m down the quiet avenue to Swan Bay.

Hawks Nest Forest House with a pool

This 3 bed, 2 bath family home is a 5 minute drive (15 min walk) to the beaches and shops. Also has a seperate flat for extra cost. Lie in bed and look out at the trees, listen to the birds and hear the koalas at night. This pet friendly home is close to the river and backs onto a lovely forest with walking trail. It has an in ground swimming pool and a deck overlooking the forest. Off street parking. Weekends - Fri 2pm to Sun 4pm when possible. Weekly bookings preferred in summer holidays.

Welcome to a private retreat in Hawks Nest. Recently renovated, this upstairs 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom hideaway is surrounded by vegetation. With ceiling fans in every room, soft lighting and fresh linen (included) giving every bedroom a relaxed, hotel-style feel. Slip into a robe, curl up and enjoy a morning coffee on the balcony, or in front of the fireplace. Enjoy the tree-top deck, and Weber BBQ, outdoor setting, or stretch out on the outdoor lounge. Perfect for couples or small families.

Our beach house is spacious, with a leafy garden in a quiet cul-de-sac. It has sunny decks on three sides, great for indoor/outdoor living. It has just been fully renovated, with a state of the art kitchen, and new bathroom. Our NBN (average download speed of 43 Mbps) allows you to work remotely. In the evening, relax with Wifi and Netflix. Only a 500m walk to both the surf beach and the still water of Port Stephens. Five minutes' walk to the shops and cafes of Hawks Nest.

The Studio on Pokolbin Mountain - Stunning views!

"The Studio" is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region with wineries and concert venues just minutes away. Perfect for a romantic getaway or to simply escape the hustle and bustle. There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property. This one of two cabins on our property. From your deck, enjoy the sweeping panoramic views of this blue water wonderland. Soak in our large,communal, heated swim/spa while enjoying the view. An ideal romantic retreat for couples wanting a weekend escape.
