Set in tranquil, beautiful countryside with views of the surrounding area, including Dorset’s famous Golden Cap, it is only a 15-minute walk to Seatown beach on the Jurassic coast which is great for fossil hunting and within walking distance of three local pubs.

The Cottage itself has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with an open-plan living space and is set away from the main house in its own private grounds, with 1,200sqm (0.3acres) of orchard garden, as well as an outside patio with table and chairs, with country views.

The Ark is a contemporary 2 bedroom cedar clad chalet set in a large open green space amongst other individually privately owned quirky beachside properties.
