Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away 11 km. You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary. Located on a 4000m2 plot, you enter into a private driveway to the property. The villa is surrounded with patio and terrace areas and at the back of the property is a 40m2 private pool area for sole use by occupants. We have a portable BBQ that will be available and set up on the patio by the pool. The pool is surrounded by terraces on which there is plenty of room for sun loungers, chairs, and tables for guests to relax and enjoy the views and magnificent sunsets.
