Tiny Home by the Sea with allocated free parking

Perfectly located for walkers and explorers, this self contained tiny home is attached to the back of our home, with its own entrance and just a 5 minute walk to the cliff top, 7 minute walk to the beach along with the O2 and BIC close by too. There are lots of places to explore right on the doorstep, many of which can be reached by walking, cycling or hopping on a sightseeing bus meaning once you arrive if you have a car you can leave it parked up on our driveway for the duration of your stay!

Christchurch Quay - 'Quarterdeck'

Quarterdeck is close to picturesque Christchurch Quay, the historic Priory, town centre and public transport to nearby towns such as Bournemouth, Poole and the beautiful New Forest. Guests love the convenient location - just a short stroll to lots of lovely restaurants, pubs, tea rooms and a variety of interesting shops, Regent Arts Centre, Red House museum and loads more! PARK YOUR CAR FOR FREE AT THE HOUSE, and walk everywhere. My place is great for couples, friends and families with kids.

Watch the sunrise from bed, then (with a day pass) you can fish or just sit on the large covered verandah or open deck area, watch the wildlife and then walk into town to shop/eat/drink in 5 mins. Close to beaches AND the New Forest.

Spacious ground floor flat in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach and a few minutes walk from the 02 venue. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work! The New Forest (Lymington, Beaulieu, Brockenhurst) is close by. Bournemouth too.

Grade 2* Listed situated in the heart of Christchurch Historic Old Town next to the 11th Century Priory Church. The property has undergone a full refurbishment (new kitchen, bathrooms etc) in 2021 and offers a parking permit for the duration of the stay. There is no on site parking.
