Green Bay/Door County Waterfront 3BR Hot Tub

Welcome to our remodeled house and and hot tub cottage on the bay of Green Bay. It is conveniently 23 minutes from Lambeau Field and 29 minutes to Door County. We are blessed to be the fourth generation owners of this property. It is located directly on the water and has a walk down boat ramp (no trucks) for your canoes and kayaks. There are multiple boat launches within a few miles. Ample parking with a 12 ft wide and 40 foot long concrete pad for an RV with electrical hookup.

The Cozy Corner

4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Both shower and bathtub available. Full kitchen with dishes and utensils provided. Multiple TVs throughout house with DVD players. Main TV and Main bedroom also have access to Roku device for use of Netflix. XBox 360 connected to main TV. Space has access to 7 cu ft chest freezer, outdoor propane grill, wood burning fire pit, and ping pong table. House is equipped with softened water and a reverse osmosis system for drinking water.

This rental offers special rates for extended bookings. Only 30 miles from Green Bay, and Door County. School house built in 1919 and renovated to a home in 1999. An original library, hardwood floors, and tin ceiling. Centrally located to Green Bay, Two Rivers, Manitowoc, and only an hour to Door county. There is a free boat launch for Lake Michigan ten miles east. Maribel Caves is just a short drive. Lambeau Field is only 27 miles away. The schoolhouse is pretty secluded. If you just want to sit around a fire and relax.
