Originally built in 1940 as a double camping lodge with a shared bath between them, The Loft is one of those, with a home addition added on in the 1960's. When I remodeled the home I created the modern version of a one room camping lodge with a bathroom and loft sleeping area. The home is full of character and some quarks but rest assured it is absolutely comfortable, cozy and efficiently set up for your stay.

Spring Lake Studio

The Spring Lake Studio rental is a cozy welcoming space designed to provide comfort and convenience to your Lakeshore stay! A “studio” is an apartment consisting of a single large room serving as bedroom, living room, and kitchenette with a private bathroom and entrance. Great for couples, solo travelers, or small families. Trundle beds make it easy to sleep up to 4 guests. Easy access to the highway, bike trail, and all city ammenities. Grand Haven beach is less than 4 miles away.

Beachmobile 2.0

Your responsibility, RESERVE the camping spot first. We will bring it to your campground (or private residence) Delivery is free in Grand Haven. Hoffmaster $30 Holland State Park $45 Newly built Skoolie with two bunks beds, a queen sized mattress and a fold down sofa (probably best suited for a smaller person. Bus has no run UPDATE: Bechmobile and Beachmobile 2.0 have been retired. The red white and blue bus, and the big blue bus (former Bookmobile) are no longer with us.

Forest Avenue Bungalow

Our charming bungalow is located walking distance from downtown Muskegon and Muskegon Lake. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood setting while being close to all of the action that downtown has to offer. Breweries, restaurants, shopping, and the farmers market all await. If downtown isn’t your scene, the bungalow is a quick drive to Pere Marquette beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Large, uncrowded stretches of sandy beach are the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sun.

The privacy of your own home in a country setting. The house sits across a shared driveway from your host which adds to the security and availability if needed. Located near restaurants, stores. Perfect vacation rental close to beaches, museums, fine arts, concert venues & festivals.

Green Acres: Your Home Among the Trees

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).

Cute and cozy inside, fun and relaxing outside. You can't miss this bright blue bungalow on a quiet street just steps to downtown. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms & a large kitchen, equipped with everything you could need. Big backyard is great to enjoy grilling, games & an evening fire. Includes a washer and dryer in the basement. Perfect in town location, walkable to the farmer's market, downtown restaurants, and beautiful Lake Michigan beaches!

Watch the sunset from our private lake dock, enjoy a bonfire in the backyard, or visit nearby Lake Michigan beach for the day. Please note, guests are expected to read and honor all House Rules. No smoking, pets, parties, or unauthorized visitors. We require photo IDs at the time of booking.
