Berry Village pool is also just a few minutes level walk away at the Showgrounds. Head out for a meal/drinks and not worry about driving home. 🥳💫

Self contained Studio that is in the barn stable. Spend the night next to the horses! The studio has reverse cycle air conditioning and free wifi . Perfect escape from Sydney or Canberra for couples or just yourself . Explore Bundanoon and the Southern Highlands. We are a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk from Bundanoon village. The studio is located on 96 acres so you can take a wander on the property and see cattle horses chooks or wild life . One pet allowed. Pet fee is $50 .

WATERSHED - Robertson

Welcoming country chic interiors with all the mod cons. You will enjoy luxury finishes in this converted machinery shed. Fully insulated, with double glazed windows & doors. There is a wood fire & heaters. The shed is 80+ metres away from the 1880s farmhouse where we live & so you are far enough way to feel that you have the property to yourselves. There are dogs, alpacas, sheep. A wonderful farm stay property, a walk away into Robertson or a very short drive. @watershedrobertson

The River Stables

Located on the fringe of the Southern Highlands, these once functional horse stables have been tastefully transformed into studio accommodation for you to enjoy. Sleep in on our king-sized bed with fresh linens, or unwind in our oversized rain shower, or just tuck up on the lounge and watch some telly. Out on the deck, watch ducks land on the river or have a long soak in our fire tub. With nods to its past occupants, you won't forget your time spent at The River Stables.

Little Shed on Woodhill

For those longing for a country escape with the comforts of city living, Little Shed sits mountain-side just 5km out of Berry township. A true farm-stay, gaze upon paddocks, bushland and the sea; or catch a glimpse of our roaming Scottish Highlander Cattle. Soak up the view, visit the famous Seven-mile Beach and return for a night by the fireplace. If you derive comfort from the country, Susie the Goat and Stephanie the Deer will be there to greet you, any time of the day.

Vine Lodge Heritage Getaway

The heritage-listed Vine Lodge house is located in the picturesque village of Exeter. Our historic homestead is available for short term rental. Step back in time and stay in one of the original homes in the district. Enjoy a private getaway in the beautiful Southern Highlands, with incomparable district views, gardens to stroll through and wood fire awaiting you. The property is ideal for family groups and friends, comfortably accommodating 14 people.

Barn 91 comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a double bed in the loft.
