Log Cabin/Hot Tub on Private Lake Jurassic Coast

This very charming, cosy and rustic log cabin is located on a private lake on the outskirts of a quiet family farm in North Chideock, just 5 minutes drive from the Jurassic Coast. The tranquil surroundings make this place the perfect romantic getaway for couples and an amazing place to spend a holiday as a family. Various wildlife and lifestock are frequent visitors of the cabin including our resident heron. Enjoy a drink on the sun deck and watch the sunset over the fields from the hot tub.

Secluded Cabin on a Farm near Woods and Footpaths

Our Cabin is set in a secluded spot with lovely views overlooking farmland, horse paddocks and the surrounding countryside. There are many footpaths in the area. A 10 minute walk will take you into ancient Postlebury Woods or to our small aesthetic lake. Imagine coming back from a long relaxing walk or maybe from shopping and exploring the Roman city of Bath to a warming meal in the cabin followed by marshmallows over the firepit. If you'd like to bring your horse with you we can arrange it!

Bluebell Pod is our couples pod, with a double bed and pull out sofa, dining table, living space and a romantic outdoor bathtub with fantastic lake views and views of the farm. Our self catering pods have a kitchenette with induction hobs and a microwave. We also have outdoor seating and a private BBQ for an al-fresco dining experience. We have lovingly just converted this building into a highly unique 2 bedroom river fronted Cabin to excite and delight its guests. Situated less than 10 meters from the UK's oldest Brass Mill, skirting on the tranquil Mill Island with complimentary access to Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes and all being only a 10 minute drive into historic Bath's city centre. Pop your feet up with a glass of wine while the log burner crackles in the background.
