The shared courtyard is available to enjoy for your morning coffee/evening tipple etc. We live on the premises so should you need anything we are here to help. We are friendly and sociable but tend to leave our guests to their own devices. Dartmouth is a busy, history-filled place with much to offer. That includes great restaurants, chic art galleries, cosy pubs, and fun pop-up bars, together with a great community spirit. It's also famed for its Naval College and unique architecture. An easy ten minute walk from the studio takes you to the embankment where you can hop on a bus to Totnes for lunch and a fantastic shopping experience. Kingsbridge, a pretty riverside fishing town. The city of Exeter , Devons beautiful county town. and not forgetting Plymouth where you can visit the National Marine Aquarium, or walk along the historic Hoe where Sir Francis Drake once played bowls. You really dont need your car once you arrive here in Dartmouth, the bus even takes you to the stunning Blackpool Sands beach. The list of things to do and see is endless. Nearly all our visitors wish they had stayed longer.

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. This charming 19th century Old School House is centrally located, a few mins walk to the quay and a short drive to numerous beaches. You will have the entire ground floor of the Old School House with your own access.
