This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage is nestled amidst a canopy of oak trees, offering peace and tranquility. **Please note:** The pasture is currently empty. The property features a ¾-mile wooded trail winding past century-old barns and through a mature hardwood forest. We are 6 minutes from Hwy 74, 10 minutes from Downtown Asheboro and 15 minutes from the NC Zoo.

Enjoy a home away from home at this beautiful newly furnished condominium. Complete with a 65 inch Samsung TV in living room and 55 inch TCL TV in the bed room. Enjoy a amazing night stay with memory foam mattress in each of the 3 beds. The kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking needs. Working from home? The workstation will make you feel productive as can be. This is a very friendly neighborhood.

The Farmhouse has been completely renovated and has lots of old time charm. Sit on the porch to unwind with a cup of coffee or tea, and enjoy the outside sounds of nature. You can also take a walk around outside. Be sure to say “Hi” to the cows, chickens, rabbits, pigs, goats and cats on the farm.
