SaltHouse - Phillip Island

Welcome to SaltHouse, a minimalistic modern beach retreat nestled amongst the dunes and striking coastal banksias of Surf Beach Phillip Island. Perfect for couples and opposite the beach, this architecturally designed space allows you to bask in the un-hurriedness of life, enjoy long summer days and warm winter fireside snuggle-ups, all to the sounds of Bass Straight. The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

YOKO Luxury Cabin

Nestled on a quiet road on the cusp of Blairgowrie you will find YOKO cabin. Influenced by Japanese and Nordic design, this cosy 2 bed 1 bath cabin is your luxury getaway, it’s time to explore and unwind. Cosy up in front of the fire or entertain on the outdoor deck with bbq & garden fire pit, which will be enough to make you not want to leave. But if you do, you are only a stones throw away from some of the best eateries & boutiques the Southern part of the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

Merricks Stable - The Stables

Enjoy a relaxed escape in this unique, beautifully renovated stable conversion located in Merricks North on the Mornington Peninsula. Set on 10 acres of picturesque farmland, The Stables is the ideal rural retreat to enjoy all season. Whether it's sitting around the amazing fire pit, enjoying a glass of local wine and gazing at the stars, or lounging by the cosy wood fire in the cooler months with a hot chocolate and good book in hand. This lovingly restored stables is sure to impress.

Poet’s Corner House on Phillip Island is a peaceful retreat that blends modern comfort with relaxed coastal charm. With two queen bedrooms, a sunlit loft lounge, and a cozy fireplace, it’s ideal for couples, families, or friends. Prepare meals in the gourmet kitchen or outdoors on the BBQ and pizza oven, then unwind in the garden hammock under the stars. Minutes from Surf Beach, local dining, and the Penguin Parade, it’s a welcoming base to slow down, recharge, and enjoy “Island Time.”

Somers Dunescape across from the beach

Retro Beach house across the road and over the sand dunes to the beach. Recently updated with new furniture, aircon and heating throughout. A roaring open fire place for you to enjoy during winter and electric blankets on every bed except top bunks! A great place to stay for graduating HMAS families. Maximum of 8 adults please (and up to 4 children) Please note, a bond of $500 will be collected prior to check-in. Your bond will be returned subject to adhering to house rules.

Comfy Shoreham Beach House

Our Shoreham shack is a laid-back and comfortable 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom house. Good heating and cooling and fully equipped so you just turn up and relax. WiFi available as well as a large selection of boxsets. Newly extended deck areas front and back gives plenty of room for relaxing outside and enjoying the environment. We are dog-friendly and have had happy guests return again and again. Shoreham is in a quiet rural setting close to wonderful wineries and restaurants.

Mornington Peninsula Getaway-Somers Beach House

Rated as one of the best suburbs of Mon Pen, peaceful Somers is a great base to explore the sights of MP. Walk down to the quiet & dog friendly beach (8 minute walk), grab a delicious breakfast & coffee at the Somers General, dine in style at Tulum village in Balnarring, and return to a cosy, well appointed and pet friendly 3 bedroom house to rest & recharge! MP is buzzing all year with amazing wineries, restaurants, markets & activities like cherry and strawberry picking.

Corvers Rest

Corvers Rest is a minimalist beach shack located on the clifftops overlooking Bass Strait. A place to rest and detach amongst wild natural surrounds. The shack provides the essence of an Australian beach shack with views across the ocean and hinterland. It trims back everything else. A string of ocean beaches nestled between coastal cliffs are within a short walk. Outdoor showers, fire pit and BBQ are all present.

Arthurs Sanctuary - Bay Views, 100sqm deck

A unique, private haven perched on the slopes of McCrae, overlooking the glistening waters of Port Phillip Bay. The home has been designed around a huge 100sqm deck that offers an unobstructed view of the bay. Backs onto the enchanting wilderness of the Arthurs Seat State Park with its wonderful bike and walking tracks. The Sanctuary is where relaxation, entertaining and adventure seamlessly blend.
