The carriage house is bright & cozy with lovely views & private patio - great for nature watching. We live in the adjacent converted barn. 3 miles from historic Frenchtown on the Delaware River, close to Bucks County with a great variety of restaurants, miles of towpath & old river towns to explore.

Our Lambertville home rests right on the Swan Creek and is only a few steps to Bridge Street, where you will enjoy all of what both Lambertville and New Hope have to offer. Spend your days hiking, biking or kayaking. If you’re feeling less adventurous, enjoy the boutiques, galleries, antique stores, restaurants. End your day in our exquisite creek front garden featuring a hot tub. A true Lambertville experience. NO YARD USAGE AFTER 10pm HOT TUB AFTER 9:30pm.

Built in 1836, welcome to our river home. Step right into the sun filled living room with wood floors, wood beam ceiling and a wood fireplace. As you make your way through the first level, you will find a mudroom with exterior access and an adjoining half bathroom, a dinning room and a kitchen with access to the outdoor deck and large fenced back yard. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and one extra room, along with a bathroom. The rooms are surrounded with both garden and river views.

Your weekend getaway occupies over 600 square feet , boasts a river view balcony, two tv's, internet and off street parking... Two night minimum, no pets, and while we do not have a kitchen there is a refrigerator, microwave and please do enjoy a cup of coffee on us.

There’s a coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and a gas grill outside. Enjoy the ping pong table and wood burning pit outside too.
