Excellent cycling, fishing and walking in the Eildon Hills, access to two 18 hole golf courses, with kids activities at Floors Castle, Harestanes, Thirlestane Castle nearby.

For the more adventurous we are a short drive to great mountain biking routes at Innerleithen and Peebles. Melrose & Tweedbank railway station is a 10 min drive, Edinburgh is just under an hour away.

Whitehill Cottage is the first of the buildings we’ve brought back to life as a rural retreat. We've restored this nearly 200 year old cottage sympathetically, retaining its rustic charm whilst offering a touch of luxury. We're dog friendly (well behaved dogs only, fees apply) and can accommodate up to four adults (not suitable for children or infants).
