Your accomodation includes garden with jacuzzi and playground for kids, terrace with grill and parking space reserved only for you. We are situated in Podstrana, behind popular hotel-resort Le Meridian Lav, 4 minutes(150 m) to the beach (shortcut without crossing the road only with stairs). It is apartment for 7 persons.

This apartment is situated in best position in Split in such calm area called Zvončac in entrance of nature hill Marjan full of trees and beaches. Just 100 m from apartment is the sea and beaches and 10 min by walk trough promenade by the sea and ACI marina you are in center of Split (old town). Apartment is newly renovated with everything what you need. It has 58m2 with small balcony and big one which is amazing and has 30m2 and the sea view is something what you have to see. Apartment "Patricia" is completely renovated, on the 3th floor, in the old hause built 1900 year from natural stone in the city center, downtown, close (within a radius 50m) to public transport and parking, taxi, art and culture, parks, green and fish market, bucheries, banks, caffes and restaurants, post office, ferry and yachts harbour.The airport is 2 km away. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
