La villa, di circa 40 mq, offre al suo interno una cucina dotata di frigo, forno elettrico, forno a microonde, un comodo divano letto, bagno privato con doccia e una stanza da letto matrimoniale con armadio. La villa dispone di un ampio e panoramico terrazzo di circa 40 mq circondato dal verde dal quale si può ammirare la piscina privata e il mare. Dispone di aria condizionata, pompa di calore e caldaia.

Little House Mount Etna

Our homey Little House is a special place, on the north side of Mount Etna, far from the crowds. Enjoy the quiet of the countryside here, relaxing on the large terrace, listening to the birds. The attached Cactus garden is impressive. The Little House is in an ideal location for exploring Mt Etna, visiting wineries and other sights. It is 500 metres from the town. We can give you tips and answer your questions. We only accept guests that come with a rental car or with their own car.

Dista soli 3 min di auto dalla spiaggia di Guidaloca e circa 10 min dal meraviglioso Borgo di Scopello. Piano terra con cucina, bagno con ampia doccia e soppalco con letto matrimoniale. Sistemazione ideale per chi preferisce un luogo autentico, ama esplorare e sentirsi libero nella natura, restando a pochi km da tutti i punti turistici della provincia. Arrivare da noi è un’ esperienza. Lasciata la s.s.113 si percorre per 800m una strada sterrata, attraverso oliveti e vigneti di piccoli poderi. Pian piano si sale si aprono scorci di mare da un lato e sul tempio di Segesta dall’altro. La strada è maltenuta e in alcuni punti difficile, ma si, ne varrà la pena!

Sito all'interno di una villa, è formato da un unico ambiente di 20 mq circa con cucina, tavolo per due, letto matrimoniale cm 160 x cm 195 con contenitore e bagno con doccia, Tv e aria condizionata. Lo Chalet ha una terrazza vista mare con tavolino per pranzare/cenare più due lettini prendisole e ombrelloni. Lo chalet dista dal centro della città circa 5 minuti percorrendo a piedi una strada in salita. Dispone anche di parcheggio per un'auto di piccole dimensioni.

The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).
