Sleep in upstairs under deep-set skylights, observe wildlife out our large picture windows, or curl up by the fire on the rustic screened porch. Daydream on our hammock or dine alfresco taking advantage of our barbeque. On a clear night, it is easy to stargaze up through the tall trees, perhaps while toasting marshmallows fireside.

Beautifully decorated space full of original art located in the foot of Shawangunk Ridge on the side of a large farm field and a forest. Get together with friends at the handmade farm dining table, feel hygge next to a wood-fired place, enjoy nature tranquility, and recharge. We provide ALL you need: clean towels, cooking essentials, complimentary high-end loose tea /coffee, friendly atmosphere, and good local advice. Apartment is a half basement part of a house but has full privacy.

Shawangunk House

The house was built in 2018. It is very modern and open. It is located 8 minutes from Minnewaska State Park, 10 minutes from the Mohonk Preserve, and 30 minutes from the Catskills. There is a Smart TV. There is also a record player with a large record selection. There is strong WIFI and great cell phone coverage from all carriers. We have an EV level 2 charger. Catchers Pond is perched atop a hill with views overlooking a private pond featuring a swim platform, dock, Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, fire pit and a fruit orchard of peach, pear and apple. It is perfectly secluded and close to everything you might need for your stay being just 5 minutes outside Mountaindale. Its rustic, charming and wild. A great place to slow down, reconnect and watch seasons change. The cabin sits on 55 quiet acres with no other houses in sight.

Accord Cabins by the river, great wifi!

We love these cabins and are happy to share this magical spot! The Big Cabin, located 15 feet from the water’s edge, will easily sleep six. The Little Cabin, 30 yards from the House with a water view and plenty of privacy, is perfect for a couple. Located on a secluded, non-thoroughfare road, it includes access to a private swimming hole and waterfall. Near the Shawangunk climbing mountain and hiking/cycling trails, Accord “downtown” and super chic Inness.

A custom made tiny cottage, located on a private tree lined road with just a few houses on it. The design style is farmhouse rustic with original details. It is private, fully equipped, and centrally located. The front of the cottage has a sun drenched porch equipped with lounge chairs and bbq. The back of the cottage is has a screened in porch, an outdoor huge tub and lounge. It is facing a beautiful pond, a fire pit and deep woods and vibrant nature.

Fern - Kos Retreats @ Frogs Hollow Farm

Fern is one of the two luxurious yurts we offer on our 100 acre organic farm. It is gorgeous, bringing you as close to nature as possible without giving up any of the luxuries in life! 450 sq ft of living in the round, it includes a full ensuite bathroom (in the yurt), and your own private deck, firepit, and barbecue outside. We are 15 minutes away from New Paltz, NY, and mere minutes away from the Shawngunk Mountains in the bucolic Hudson Valley.
