You will have access to the entire house. Two story, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home features kitchen, family room, TV room, living room with electric fireplace & basement. There is an additional family room with electric fireplace in the basement. There is a large 2 car attached garage. The back yard overlooks beautiful Goose Creek. Home is 15 minute ride to Starved Rock State Park or Skydive Chicago. Set in a park like setting close to many amenities, parks, & restaurants. Abundant wildlife.

It is within walking distance to great restaurants, retail, Washington Park and Jordan Block festivals. The property was recently renovated with a classic, modern decor. The lower level of Row hosts a Beauty Collective where guests can enjoy convenient access to beauty treatments by appointment.
