Kingfisher- River side Hut & Hot Tub

Kingfisher enjoys a riverside setting located directly on the Coleridge Way, nestled in a valley between The Quantocks AONB and Exmoor National Park, Kingfishers & Otters reside on the river. Ideally suited to guests who like nature, the countryside and walking, there are no nightclubs. The West Somerset Heritage Steam Railway can be seen from the hut and is accesible. Kingfisher is located privately screened in our large garden surrounded by farmland and countryside. We welcome friendly guests

Greenlands Barn is in a lovely quiet spot off the River Tone. From the doorstep you can walk along the river, go further onto the Somerset levels or do a circuit to the local pub in the next village. The barn is light and airy with a large kitchen diner & living room, king size bedroom, spacious bathroom, walled courtyard and private riverbank. Close to amenities - Asda across the road and the popular 'Goodsheds' just around the corner with a selection of independent food venues. There are plenty of nature walks nearby (coastal walk, Cold Knap, Porthkerry Park) or hop on a nearby train to Cardiff City centre (approximately 25 minutes journey). Free private parking available.

Lakeside Barn, Woodford Farm - Wells, Somerset

Lakeside Barn is a newly refurbished luxury modern one bedroom barn conversion. It has retained it's original charming features such as high ceilings and beams. Lakeside Barn consists of an open plan kitchen/living/dining room which leads onto spacious double bedroom and modern stylish bathroom. The floor is tiled throughout with cosy underfloor heating. Surrounding the barn there is a large patio area overlooking our beautiful lake with stunning panoramic views of the Somerset countryside.

Lake Loft

Lake Loft is a self-contained room above a recently built oak garage overlooking Blagdon Lake. Set in the grounds of our home in the quiet but beautiful village of Blagdon, we are about 20 mins from Wells, 25 mins from Bristol and 45 mins from Bath, there are plenty of things to do and places to explore. The room is open plan, with a king sized bed, sofa, table and chairs and shower room. Whilst there is no kitchen, there are excellent pubs and cafes close by perfect for a relaxing break.

Holiday Apartment at Sand Bay

This first-floor apartment faces the beach at Kewstoke, with views directly across the Bristol Channel to Cardiff and the islands of Flat Holm and Steep Holm. The living-room area and the larger bedroom feature patio doors which open onto the balcony, which faces west and is ideal for watching the sunset on summer evenings. Sand Bay is a stretch of unspoilt beach, very tranquil, but there are pubs and restaurants within walking distance, and a bus into the nearby town of Weston-Super-Mare.

A beautiful hand built cabin nestled in the woods, idyllic setting next to a stream and surrounded by magnificent trees, the perfect place to immerse yourself in nature. Found at the end of an unmade track, with miles of nothing but woodland walks and wonderful hills to explore on foot or bike. Situated next to a stream with a glass bridge and beautiful little waterfall, with its own plunge pool. The hot shower and compost loo are set in a quirky horse box accessed across a board walk.

Modern, light and airy guest studio with living area, en suite with walk in shower. Good location, 20 minutes walk to Penarth Rail Station and town centre with it’s restaurants, shops and public houses. It is also close to bus links and only 10 minutes walk to the Penarth seafront and cliffs. Cardiff is only 15 minutes away by train. There is a small convenience store within 5 minutes walk, the nearest public house is only a 10 minute walk.

We are on hand to solve problems, but more often than not you may not actually see us at all.
