The house is located less than a mile's walk into the main street. Beaches are accessible via bike or car. The Jitney stop from Manhattan is located on Main Street less than a mile from the house. There are taxis in the area available via phone for pick up. We provide four adult bikes, helmets and locks for your use.

A spacious patio extends the living area adding space to enjoy the outdoors in front of the fire pit or outdoor dining table. This property is located behind the owners' home and uses a shared driveway. While the owner is close by to address any issues during your stay, your space allows for total privacy.

Entire House! Large fenced in yard, great for pets. Two bedrooms, one song ride away from Ponquogue Beach. Have the beach to yourself for walks and exercise! Perfect place to get away and Unwind. The house is located on a quiet residential street close to the hamlet of Hampton Bays. Enjoy the patio and fire pit (use non-windy days) on 1/4 acre property. Still plenty to do here, we are 20 minutes from Wine Country and Tanger Outlets.

**POOL CLOSES SEPTEMBER 30TH** **POOL opens last week of May** This is a guest house for 1 or 2 adults. Its separate from the main house. Kids are allowed but must bring own sleeping arrangements. You do NOT have to do any chores before checking out. **PETS NOT ALLOWED** I hate to do this but someone ruined it for everyone.
