Our apartment within our home, allows enough space to welcome families, or small groups, whilst also being suitable for those who are looking for peace. The Old Bakehouse Cottage is set in the heart of historic Colyton, known as Devon’s most rebellious town! This gorgeous holiday home is perfect for families as well as friends seeking a peaceful country break. Dogs are welcome too. The cottage features a large and stylish open living space upstairs, with balcony, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. There is parking for one car in the courtyard. Colyton is a short drive to some of the best beaches on the famous Jurassic Coast.

The Cottage was converted in 2020, the original building is a Victorian Smithy. The property has the charm of an old cottage but is modern, stylish and light and airy. It is detached and so private, with two gardens and a meadow, a stream runs through the gardens. It is delightful to spend time at the Old Forge. There is an area to barbecue or have a fire outside. For bookings during summer holidays there is a 'one week' minimum stay.
