It is a quaint cape cod style 3 bedroom and 2 bath home with a large deck and outdoor shower on a secluded, quiet block by the Barnegat Bay. The backyard has an amazing marina view & the front a breathtaking bay view of the sunset & Mathis Bridge. The home is in a residential, family friendly neighborhood. For this reason, we do not accept younger guests (25 yo+). Its secluded location provides a more quiet stay and easy parking within close proximity to all of Seaside Park's attractions.

Relax at our sun-soaked, 100-year-old, renovated home on the Jersey Shore. One block from the beach and bay, it’s outfitted with comfy mattresses, high-quality new and vintage furniture, board games, washer/dryer, high-quality cookware/kitchen tools, cocktail-making supplies, slow-cooker, and kitchen staples. The living room’s wall of windows brings in sunshine all day. In the early evening, enjoy our comfy outdoor couches to watch the sun set over the bay.

Spectacular unobstructed views of Barnegat Bay. Secluded home directly on the bay with plenty of outside seating both on the decks and along the bay front. 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with plenty of space to spread out in the open floor plan first floor. Three upstairs bedrooms have direct access to decks and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There are upper and lower decks facing the bay so you can enjoy the sun and scenery.

Shore Haven Walk to beach and bay

Beach badges are not included but are MANDATORY whether or not you use our beach . These are the communities rules! Badges are NOT NEEDED before June 11th and after Labor Day. I will be requesting the money two days before check in so I can purchase them for you. Daily wristbands are 20.00 each and can be purchased at the beach from the badge checkers. 8 weekly badges are 175.00
