Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

It lies two miles southwest of Edinburgh Castle in a leafy conservation area and is only a short bus ride from all major visitor attractions. The location is very well situated for exploring the city. Only five minutes from Princess Street and the West End. Also a short walk, the beautiful Water of Leith walkway takes you from Dean Village to Stockbridge where there are many good restaurants, bars and cafes or up the river to the modern gallery of art and beyond.

A lovely small but cozy annexe attached to my house but with private entrance. Previous guests have loved this quiet, treelined residential area. 20 mins from airport, 10 mins to city centre by tram. 10 mins walk to Murrayfield Stadium. Free parking in my driveway. Very regular buses and trams until midnight. Airport bus runs throughout the night 5 mins walk from my house. Happy to give advice on car hire and day trips out of the city. Our nice and cozy house locates in a residential area with excellent public transportation, 15 mins bus/tram journey to Princes Street, 15 - 20 mins bus/tram from the airport, and popular Edinburgh Zoo, Murrayfield Stadium are both 10-15 minutes walk away. We also have free on street parking if you are driving, and a back garden for you to enjoy some sunshine. With 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed, our house comfortably accommodates 4-5 people. The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.
