This new building is a 3 min walk from a gorgeous sandy beach that stretches for 30 kms. The sunsets are stunning. Matapalo is a quiet beach town with a few restaurants & small grocery stores. You'll enjoy the nature sounds at night and the many birds and other wildlife like toucans, sloths, monkeys and salamanders. A short drive North is Quepos and Manuel Antonio national Park. 15 min drive South brings you to Dominical, a small and hip surfer town with shops, yoga, restaurants & surf lessons.
