The small studio is located on the 3rd floor, in front the beach, in the center of Artemida ideal for holiday, very close to Athens city (aprox. 23km), next to Athens International Airport(4km) and Rafina port (5km) where you can travel to Cyclades islands (Andros,Naxos, Paros, Evia, Myconos). Further (42k) is Lavrio and its port to other islands (tzia, kythnos etc) and the temple of Poseidon at cape Sounio (24 km). Our apartment is a newly built seafront penthouse that offers stunning views to the sea and walking distance to the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it is perfect for a family/couple. The apartment has an open plan, living room area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & clothes drayer, and fully equipped bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.
