E’un cottage dotato di una camera da letto, un bagno, un angolo cottura ed un pergolato. E’adiacente allo stazzo padronale, sotto il cui porticato è possibile consumare la prima colazione godendo di un panorama spettacolare sulle Bocche di Bonifacio. Un’oasi di pace e totale silenzio per un relax confortevole.

A small studio with a great view of the ocean! With its 25sqm and its private patio it is perfect for a couple or the small family. The studio is located about 70 meters from the beach on the same property as the main house. The studio is separated by a closed gate with its own entrance and patio. Two people sleeps comfortable in the double bed, an extra bed or crib can be added. The studio has a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The patio is equipped with a table, chairs and sunbeds.

House Rosa with pool use

House Rosa has two double bedrooms, one bathroom , a kitchen, a small terrace and a small porch. The two double bedrooms are furnished with a build-in wardrobe, TV, air conditioning and heating. In order to enter the house you have to pass the sliding doors of the bedrooms. The kitchen has a table with four chairs, a fridge/freezer, oven with stove and a washing machine. A sliding door leads you outside on the terrace. In front of the entrance is located the small porch with a table for four.
