I designed this house thinking about a business person who needs to have meetings and work in a very private environment. I was inspired by the scientists who previously stayed in my studio and worked at Los Alamos lab. This house is also ideal for members of the film industry as well as the Santa Fe Opera. There is adequate room and seating in the living room for 10+ people. One of the bedrooms doubles as an office. The price includes the NMGR Tax of 8.475%. The cleaning fee is weekly.

Come and rest or work in my Santa Fe adobe with a mid-century modern aesthetic that holds true to its Spanish roots. The house was built in 1960 by my grandfather who was a well-known local builder. Santa Fe Casa Nopal

Our home is 2 miles from The Plaza, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, just a couple of houses down from Santa Fe River Trail walk. It is also centrally located and a short drive from everything. Our house rules are simple. We observe quiet hours from 9PM to 9AM and we do not allow pets, partying or smoking of any kind. Also, our place is not suitable for infants or children.

Our Guest House is 10 minutes to the Santa Fe Opera and approximately 10-12 minutes to downtown. Glorious sunrise and sunset views. Two bedrooms, one king bedroom in the loft overlooking the living room and one private king bedroom on the main floor.
