The main bedroom is completely spacious and well lit, the second bedroom is smaller and doesn't have the river view but is indeed very cozy. Both have queen beds and full marble ensuite bathrooms. The combination of antiques furnishings with modern design elements is truly a step into Italian Luxury. This fantastic apartment offers you the chance to immerse yourself into the heart of ancient Florence. The prime location is a perfect starting point for exploring all of the city’s most notable landmarks. The magical views from all rooms of this accommodation surround you in the beauty of Florence all day and night. There is a supermarket conveniently located 150 meters from the apartment. The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.

Among the Italian antiques, a 17th-century oil painting over the fireplace stands out. A place filled with a sense of history, with all the modern conveniences you may need, located in S.Croce area on the FIRST ITALIAN FLOOR (20 steps from the front door) of a small building of the XVI Century. The apartment is on two levels.

Luxury Penthouse apartment (75 sqm) 80 steps to the top is located in Borgo Pinti 26 at Palazzo Bellini delle Stelle. This building is reputed to have been owned by the Medici Family and the great sculptor Giambologna, who had housing, laboratories, workshop and school in this property. Entrance hall and kitchen, large bathroom and doble bedroom, Altana 6 steps up to the master bedroom with Amazing view of the Duomo, 14 steps down to the doble bathroom and laundry room with full facilities.
