The rustic exterior provides the High Country charm of yesteryear nestled on 30 acres of rural tranquility. 100m from the main residence you have your own privacy. We call this our Cabin but it is a small home with 110m2 living area & 47m2 of outdoor undercover living. 13 minutes from Mansfield & ideally located to explore the High Country.

Animal friendly Shouse - 5 Acres

Our cosy 2 Bedroom Shouse on 5 Acres is located just 1.5km to Mansfield town. Located on top of the hill with beautiful views, perfect place to relax and unwind. We welcome most Pets to join you, offering an adjacent secure yard. If inside we ask they are not left inside alone , sit on the couches / beds and when outside, animals must be on lead as our farm animals are near by. (Please message me to confirm your animal before booking) We also have a house next door that accomadates 8 people

Oak Gully in Lima South

Lima South and Oak Gully are a great place for a quiet weekend getaway. A comfortable, self-contained flat with full kitchen, living&bedroom with double bed. We are a dog friendly host (unfortunately we have decided to not host cats) We are perfectly situated between Mansfield and Benalla. Mountainbiking and bushwalking, right at the doorstep or explore the wider area. 2km from Lake Nillahcootie. 50min from the base of Mt Buller. Benalla and Winton Raceway are 25 and 30mins away.

Our guest house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living and dining plus a laundry. The kitchen comes with essentials for a short stay. It can accommodate 1 to 4 people. Bedrooms have a queen size bed, quality linen,cozy wool doonas and electric blankets. Our open plan living room is tastefully decorated with comfortable leather lounges, TV, dvd player, Coonara wood heater, & air conditioning. Nespresso coffee machine. Modern renovated bathroom.
