A very comfortable space with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a luxury walk-in shower. Your own balcony facing S.W. Leather sofa to watch Smart tv with Netflix/Amazon Prime included that you can watch from the sofa or spin to watch in bed. Kitchen area, toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave and cafetiere.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.
